 our values

At Accounting Resource Solutions, we take the time to get to know you and your employment goals. Here's what you can expect once you submit your resume to a staffing specialist:

  1. After submitting your resume and/or pre-qualification application, a staffing consultant will contact you by phone to discuss your work experience and career goals.
  2. Once you're satisfied that Accounting Resource Solutions will meet your career needs, your staffing specialist will provide you with our full application, which may be completed online.
  3. After reviewing your application, your staffing specialist will arrange a meeting with you at the Accounting Resource Solutions office. This will include:
    • Skills tests. Tests to measure your proficiency with general office functions such as typing, 10-key, and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Personal interview. A 15- to 30-minute meeting to discuss your career history, strengths, goals and objectives, future career plans, desired work environment, salary goals, and personal schedule preferences.
  4. Once we find a position that matches your skills and experience, we'll discuss the details of the job with you. If you are interested in the position, we will present your qualifications to our client organization.
  5. Most clients with direct-hire positions -- and many clients with contract opportunities -- request a candidate interview before offering a position. We will facilitate the interview and provide you with contact and location information. After your interview, we share detailed feedback from the client on how the meeting went.
  6. If you accept a direct-hire position, Accounting Resource Solutions will stay in touch with you and your new employer, and will always be available to assist in resolving any issues with your new position. Compensation for contract assignments is generally established at the time of the position request and will be shared with you before you agree to interview.
